Includes:
- 2 Fluoride Treatments
- 2 Regular Exams, 2 Emergency Exams, 2 Oral Cancer Screenings, Unlimited 2D digital xrays.
(up to discretion of the doctor) - 10% off Implant Treatment
- 15% off of any other treatment for adult teeth, 50% off for baby teeth
